The Law of Information Society Services and Electronic-Commerce (Law 34/2002, of 11 of July), better known as LSSI, regulated and imposed a series of requirements to those companies whose activities take place in the scope of Internet or through the networks of telecommunications.
Such as below:
Registration of the name of dominion or Internet address with the government.
The Law compels you to give general, permanent information, in a simple and free way about your company.
The Law compels you to cooperate with the authorities.
The Law compels you to retain customer and traffic data.
Violators may be fined up to EURO 600.000 for non-compliance or have their Webs shut down.
The consulting and audit services related to the Law of Information Society Services 34/2002 and Electronic Commerce comprise the situational analysis of the company, so as to check its compliance with the law requirements.
